Module 3: Bank & Cash Reconciliations (8 Hours)

  • Purpose and importance of reconciliations
  • Preparing a bank reconciliation statement (BRS)
  • Identifying and correcting discrepancies
  • Petty cash book and cash reconciliation

Module 4: Accounts Payable & Receivable Management (8 Hours)

  • TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) – TDS rates and applicability, TDS return filing process, Late filing penalties and compliance
  • Income Tax for Businesses – Basics of corporate tax filing, Tax audits and compliance

Module 7: Payroll Processing & Compliance (6 Hours)

  • Salary structure components (Basic, HRA, PF, ESI, etc.) reconciliation
  • Payroll accounting entries
  • Employee Provident Fund (EPF) & Employee State Insurance (ESI) compliance
  • Professional tax and labor laws

Module 8: Accounting Software Training (10 Hours)

  • Introduction to Tally ERP / Tally Prime
  • Using QuickBooks / Zoho Books for accounting
  • Generating reports and statements
  • Automation of journal entries and reconciliations
  • Importing and exporting data in Excel

Module 9: Audit & Internal Control (6 Hours)

  • Introduction to statutory and internal audits
  • Common audit procedures and compliance checks
  • Preventing fraud and errors through internal control measures

  • ROC (Registrar of Companies) filings
